Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.
Drop Off Package
Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes to monitor your return's progress.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
